Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions for Resume Flow (operated by Fadi Labs) are sold by Paddle as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your payment contract is with Paddle. Cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are handled in line with Paddle’s policies—not separate merchant-specific refund rules.

Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel a subscription so that it ends after your current billing period. You can do this through Paddle’s buyer tools—for example using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or via Paddle’s buyer support site. After cancellation, you will not be charged again for that subscription after the current period ends.

Refund and withdrawal requests

To request a refund or exercise statutory withdrawal rights (where applicable), follow Paddle’s Refund Policy and the instructions under “How to Withdraw and Request a Refund” there. Paddle verifies eligibility and processes approved refunds.

Chargebacks and disputes
